Vintage christmas tins

I am super inspired by Michelle at http://michellewooderson.blogspot.com/ I love her blog and basically everything she has ever created!!! She uses little tins to keep her supplies close at hand. Over the last few months I've spied a few at my local flea market and about a month ago I found this Christmas tree ones at a local thrift shop. I actually have 10-14 of them!!! super cute! I didn't use them this year but hope to use them next season.

2 guy Bdays

2 guy coworkers have a bday coming up, so I whipped these up. Actually using some SU papers I got in a swap about 2 years ago!! And using my new nesties I got last month at a Stamping Convention. WOO HOO!!!

Card class cards

I really enjoyed my class today!! We made 12 cards total but i'm showing my favorites. I really like that the are simple yet super cute and I have alot of the punches/dies that we used.
The teacher is a woman that I had taken classes with previously at a different store a few years back, so it was nice to see a familiar face!

Taking a class today

It's a very cold rainy day in Fl today. But I will happy and warm at my Card class this morning that I'm taking at my local Scrap store. I've not taken a class in a while, but it was a new year's resolution of mine to do more stuff for myself... like take classes which I usually love to do!!
I'll post pics later of my creations. Trying to type quietly while hubby and cat snore the morning away!!! :-)

Are you a GRUDGE holder?

I am!! One of my new year's resolutions is to clean out some of my mental cobwebs that are bringing me down. There is a person in my life, that i hold a grudge against. She is just a negative force in my life that i need to let go of. So I am putting it in writing that I am OFFICIALLY removing her from my life, my thoughts, my energy!!!! I'm done with her! (Wiping my hands clean gesture) I feel better already!!!
What cobwebs are you keeping? Clear them out in the new year!

I took this pic of a gorgeous rose at the Ringling Museum in Sarasota. We took a day trip down there and the rose garden is just lovely!!
